RAHM Contest got me like...
"One of the most powerful leadership experiences you have ever had."
- Zachary Ames (Winner of RAHM 2018 | London Edition)
RAHM | The LGBT+ Leadership Contestformat may be different this year and move to an online setting but its spirit won’t change. It is the first step at creating a great community of future leaders who support each other!
The Contest challenges your critical thinking by pushing ideas into action, all the while having a blast with other future LGBT+ leaders from around the globe! Take it from one of our previous participants -Michael Newton- who said that “Taking part in the RAHM Contest has made me realise my strengths and weaknesses, not because I am LGBT+, but because I am a leader”, or Lindsay Krakauer (Winner of RAHM 2017 | Berlin Edition) who was skeptical at first but then commented enthusiastically “I never imagined the amazing people and abundance of opportunity I would leave the contest with. The RAHM experience will challenge you, shape you, connect you and empower you! ”
Learn about the stories of your future fellow contestants, make friends, and let others have an impact on you so that the experience can intensify your self-confidence and motivation. Another participant, Janina Jahns, loved the fact that they were able to network, discuss and defy themselves. “All of this with amazing and very inspiring people from all over the world who shared their personal stories and challenges.”
In the end the Contest is a phenomenal coalition for young and mature leaders working together, making the world a better and a safer place for LGBT+ people.
“This is where strategic and motivated thinkers from various jurisdictions, industries and backgrounds meet and exchange their valuable knowledge. Definitely a place to be if you are passionate about human rights and challenges of LGBT+ communities and demand a change”
The RAHM Contest will be a unique self-development experience that accelerates ambitions into more impactful programs to effect change in business and society, starting from the first minute.
